What clients have to say:

  • “With MacKenzie, I have learned how to choose & support myself, especially relating to my relationships. I have learned how to recognize and vocalize my needs & I cannot emphasize enough how much more comfortable Charlie made me during our first few sessions and how helpful he was to focus on during more difficult moments.”

  • “MacKenzie was able to help us open up in ways we normally wouldn’t. She is relatable while also being knowledgeable. We credit the success of our relationship now to the communication skills we learned in therapy.”

  • “I learned to let go and be vulnerable with myself. The vulnerability has had ripple effects on my relationships. I am now more willing to practice more open communication with my partner, family, and friends. It has been eye opening and a relief to find out that more people in my life are excited that I am sharing my experiences with my anxiety and my willingness to share my truth.”

  • “MacKenzie gave me productive advice as opposed to just listening and repeating what I said and that really worked for me! She did a really good job establishing a comfortable environment where I never felt embarrassed to share.”

  • “I have learned how to better choose myself and support myself, especially relating to my relationships. I have learned how to recognize and vocalize my needs.”

  • “From my first appointment to my last I felt very comfortable and safe to open up about my feelings and struggles. MacKenzie created such a welcoming environment and I never felt judged. She created a safe space for me to come to each week, to be honest about what I was going through and have the ability to process through, everything. I really appreciated that she was able to help me see the other side of my issues.”
